Well, this is without a doubt one of the most eagerly awaited fixtures for every Spurs or Ar5ena1 fan, but I'll have to admit that I personally am not looking forward to it this year. Not at all. Our (long overdue) win at the weekend hopefully will give our players enough confidence to come out all-guns blazing against the Gunners, but in saying that, I can't see anything other than an Ar5ena1 win. My Preferred Line-Up: -------------------Gomes------------------- Hutton--------Corluka------King-------O'Hara Lennon-----Jenas-----Huddlestone-----Modric -------------Bent----Pavlyuchenko---------- My Expected Line-Up: ---------------------Gomes-------------------- Hutton----------Corluka-------King---------BAE Bentley---Jenas---Huddlestone--Modric---O'Hara ------------------Pavlyuchenko---------------- My Prediction: 3-1 Ar5ena1. All match thoughts, predictions and team line-ups welcome in this thread. Come On You Spurs!
Im going for a 3-3 thriller. Spurs to take a 2 goal lead in the first half. Wengers inspirational teamtalk will sort Arsenal out and will come back to take a 3-2 lead then Spurs will equalise in the last minute.
I think Harry might try and put King at DM if Woody is fully fit. I predict an entertaining draw. 2-2.
I reckon we'll lose this one but I'm going to stay optimistic.. we've gone into this game strong in recent years (last year excluded) and lost despite the confidence. Form go's out the window.. looking forward to it either way.
I agree but who knows with spurs it is possible we just have to hope that gomes can catch a ball in this game otherwise is could be a thrashing. I think the score will be 2-1 to arsenal.
Is anyone going off here? I'd have liked to but knew there was little chance so didn't even bother applying.. ended up needing 280+ loyalty points
It's a toughie to predict. 'Arry will no doubt try to make Arsenal work really hard to get a result, but I think home advantage will give Wenger the game. 1-0 Arsenal.
It will be close, the lads will no doubt be properly motivated now, not only because its the Arsenal away, but also because we finally have a manager who not only speaks the Queens English, but one who also knows how to motivate the players. However, Arsenal will probably be too good for us, and i am not convinced King will manage another game this week, with the likely hood of King not being fit enough we will struggle to keep Arsenal out. Expect a good game though.
Bale has a 3 match suspension doesn't he? He's served one game against Bolton but I thought he was out for another 2?
I'd like us to go with Spur-4-Eva preffered line up, As long as Modric is playing left or right wing or as an central attacking midfielder, He was great against Bolton and will continue to play well as long as he aint sat back. I think Arsenal will nick it, So i will predict 2-1 to Arsenal. COYS
