We getting destroyed on Monday. Picked up 4 Injuries this week. Ardley said the squad was maybe 3 players light a few weeks ago and we've not addressed it Plus the fact we've no midfield at all
Could be a very tight game at Roots Hall. Both sides have almost identical records, we are looking tactically well drilled, resolute and clinical with the chances we create. I don't expect a free flowing game at all, based on how we've played so far I reckon one goal will probably decide it.
Todd Johnson is a great guy but wanted to do everything on the cheap, can’t be cheap at this level anymore.
Almost identical records so far for us and Southend, think we should be looking to win but would be very happy with a point here. Can’t see us changing much or anything from yesterday, took players off at 3-0 up to save legs, was worried that playing Francis at RWB would dampen the attacking side to his game but he was more dangerous than ever.
A lot of long distance games for a BH Monday. We're at Torquay. Squad is travelling down today by coach. Not quite like the old days when they would have flown.
Need to start winning at home and I think we will tomorrow** Probably another mediocre performance but as long as we get the W i don’t mind. **unless we do a Rochdale and change our entire team.
Shots home to Morecambe. Sounds daft, but another roll of the dice; really don’t know what to expect from Morecambe,a number of players not match-fit, probably knackered from superhuman efforts yesterday- have they managed to recruit enough to cover knocks/ exhaustion ? Shots can at least rotate slightly, despite injuries. We are scoring for fun, but still learning at the back. NO prediction from me, except it’s never dull, and there’ll be goals..
Morecambe winning yesterday is good for us because it should take away some complacency Expect a couple of changes from us but nothing substantial. Anderson in for Tetek and maybe Ghandour for Thomas?
Eastleigh bit of a mystery to me, thought they seemed to have picked up a couple of decent signings and have an away win under their belt already, but have to fancy us at home even with the knocks we've picked up.
I'm expecting you guys to win this, we looked dead on our feet by the hour mark yesterday. Can't imagine we'll be much of a fight but we might have a couple more players ready to go. We've now probably got a couple of injuries too for obvious reasons. You guys were correct about Harry Panayiotou, oh boy.
Should be another intriguing game at The Hall tomorrow. I'm hoping this is one we can win, to strengthen our promotion credentials. But I am expecting a close game. We have rested players such as KAF, Miley and Kendall and we may have Ralph back after missing the last couple of games. Both teams have made a very solid start and not conceded yet. That could well change by 5pm tomorrow. As I said I am hoping we can win this one, and if we did, it would be another couple of points up on last season, when the fixture was a draw. Looking forward to it though and for both teams it'll give a good reference point for the improvements that have made from the previous season.
Just read our last three meetings have all been 0-0, neither of us conceded this season, it’ll be 6 all tomorrow.
Sutton at home, a fixture we've only ever got a win in (admittedly only a handful of games). Sutton leaking goals. McNulty needs to make amends for Saturdays experimental line up. Nothing other than a win acceptable here.
We picked up a number of injuries in yesterdays game with three CM's having to go off injured so not sure what kinda team we will be fielding for this game 3 wins out of 3 so far though so you've got to feel confident
Just remembered Halifax’s manager is Adam Lakeland He tormented us in the NLN, costing us the title last year by beating us on Good Friday Revenge would be nice
I’d say the Rochdale manager needs a win, even with their position he will get some stick if they flogged Saturday to then flog the game they flogged Saturday for. am thinking Woking will give a little bit more time but Yeovil manager may be heading to win or bust area.
