We are down to bare bones injuries wise and we looked tired against FGR at the back end of the game. Either we roll out the same tired 11, or we use some of the squad players who Lakeland inherited, has openly said several times he doesn’t feel are good enough.
I’m still furious with McNumpty for his antics on Saturday. Putting ourselves under unnecessary pressure today now. I honestly don’t think he’s the man to take us up, and have said this for ages, his decision making when it really matters is questionable to say the least. The disrespect he’s shown not only our fans that travelled on Saturday spending their hard earned cash but also Brackley is disgusting. I hope we make it known today how we feel about it, because if we don’t he will continue to think that this is ok. Just when I thought he was winning people back over after last seasons playoff fiasco and also the Spennymoor FA trophy match.
We are too following injuries from the Sutton game Missing our two top strikers who have scored 6 of our 8 goals meaning Mark Beck has to start . Could be a terrible game this
28 degrees here at the moment, going to be a game of managing effort as well as chances today. Really attacking line up and bench named, that's for sure.
Parillon has an effort cleared off the line, Could be three or four up now. I hope this isn't one of those cases where we can't get a second and fall for a sucker pucnch.
Just gone 1 goal up and could have been 3-4 already we have come out in this game meaning business and Braintree cannot get out of own box at present. looking like we are finally losing that low confidence fear factor built over last 2 seasons, could for me be a season changer today if we can keep it going and score 3 or 4 it may be that confidence boost we need to turn us into a challenger. Or we slip up…….need that second goal
