Big Clubs: 1. Fill their stadium every Premiership game. 2. Have a good manager. 3. Don't sell their best players. Aston Villa fans please look and read this. And stop moaning about your chairman. At least he puts money in. A lot more than he gets through gate money. 29,000 fans in a 42'000 stadium. Not a big Club
+ You bloody stupid villa fans, as much as and nobody at your club (or any where else)likes Gregory, his success rate is second only to fergie.
yay! leicester fit all 3 criteria. they fit no1 and no2 comfortably and no3?(well, no3 has be done for the time being neway)
and neway , big clubs do sell their best players in some circumstances. (figo-barca to real? zidane-juve to real?)
Deano, mi'old china teapot, do me a favour and shut the f>ck up. You haven't got a bloody clue wot you're on about so it's best that you just read and learn.
Listen mate, Do you think I give a f*ck what an Everton supporter from Leeds thinks. You're the one that doesn't know what you're on about mate and I'm gonna prove it. I'd have a look at some of the threads you've posted replies to... I might just catch you out!

Ooooh, get you two! The most annoying thing about the pair of you is that one insists on copying and repeating half the previous message and the other insists on using those damned stupid smiling face things that are more annoying than something that is very annoying indeed! How old are you lot?
1. yes, 52,000 each PL game 2. so we're led to believe 3. everyone has their price Newcastle a big club? Off the pitch at least.
Well we dont sell our ground out every home game. Results wise we have a good manager although he has poor man management skill to say the least and yes we sell our best players but i dont really think u thought about that one did u?Nope.Juventus, Barcelona,Arsenal,Valencia all sell they best players so thay must be in the same boat as villa well im quite happy to be compared to those
Do you think I'm serious? I like to portray an image of childishness so when I do mention something serious the message is recieved with great suprise. At the moment I'm focusing on the childish bit. And I think I'm doing well...
Do Leicester claim to be a big club? And what about Chelsea - a small team in London? The only thing big about them is their wage bill (paid for by supporters who often have more money than sense!)
With that criteria for a big club there are more exeptions to the rule than there are clubs that fit it. I would actually like to say sorry about the Pompy 'keeper though, and will now dull down my dislike toward Pompy from hatred to an air of distain. Cheers.
We sold out the stadium every game in the league last season (now the biggest club stadium in london?). Our manager has a good pedigree - but this season will tell what he's like. We don't sell our best players (or any players even approaching our best players). Do arsenal not count because of point three of these rules then? Oh and there are a number of clubs who have a bigger wage bill than chelsea fc. [ 16 August 2001: Message edited by: md ]
Liverpool have won a few trophies and they all come out again don't they. Poor old Barca eh with there 100k + stadium and one of the only real world class players in the world. Don't you feel for Juve either Deano? Davids, Del Piero, Trezeguet etc. etc..... Well there's always Jamie Carragher eh
sunderland are one of the biggest clubs in england, if you judge the size of a club by 1. Fill their stadium every Premiership game. 2. Have a good manager. 3. Don't sell their best players. we've sold 36,000 season tickets this year (before tha mags come out with a load of old w***, check the prices) look what peter reid can do with his money - ohh! buy the way, we are in the top 20 richest clubs in the World after only being in the prem for 2 years who have we sold??????? and all this from a club in a 10 year old city with one of the lowest population in england.
