Not Fleetwoods boss, or Wrexhams for that matter, for me it has to be Nicky Law at Alfreton Town.
At Christmas they looked dead & buried, certainties for relegation & now after an amazing run, they are almost mid table.:thumb

    ex Miller too BTW!!!

They've done extremely well (won again tonight as well), but I'm not that surprised Law has turned it around there because the signs were there when we won there back in January. They showed enough that day to suggest they could get out of trouble and I think they're probably safe now.

Anyway, manager of the season for me in this league has to be Liam Watson at Southport.

As much as I don't like the guy, it has to be Liam Watson at Southport. After last season not many people gave them much hope of survival.

You could certainly make a case for Alan Devonshire but, having only survived relegation last season because of others' financial woes, Watson would get the nod for me.

I also think Alan Devonshire. He is managing a club with no money and small crowds and i can see him managing a team at a higher level(no insult intended to Braintree).

Another vote for Alan Devonshire here, I watched them a fair few times last season and I didnt give them a prayer to do anything but come straight back down this season, fantastic for them that they have, and continue to do so well.
