Interesting that Rice took a move from a trophy winning club to one that isn't. Money must be good I guess.

Fair play West Ham. They just wanted it more, got that trophy winning bug them lot!

The only positive for us is keeping up our run of scoring in every game. Other than that, an entirely forgettable night.

Might be a chance for someone to win a trophy for the first time in a bit.

    Or Liverpool.

Big fan of this keeper comes up for a free kick then gets in the way of the shot genre.

Good result in horrible conditions. Cannot complain - and no injuries by the looks of it. Probably a handy game to help prep for Luton away on Sunday tbh.

Well, we are much, much better than a couple weeks ago. Frustration is Liverpool looked beatable tonight and we didn't take advantage.

Happy with the performance but a bit annoyed too.

Fantastic individual hit to win it for them, catch that if you can.

Conditions like that any team will look beatable imo. Think a draw wouldn't have been an unfair result.

Well there you go. Changes 1-11, players back from injury etc.. No complaints, probably the right decision even if the performance was disappointing.

Never in any danger tonight and looked dangerous going forward. Always nice to see a sell out cup game on a Wednesday night too.

It’s genuinely impressive just how ****ing rubbish Man United are

Solid wins for Fulham, Everton and Newcastle and a great one for West Ham

Who’s going to get the big draw with Port Vale ?

This would be an easy answer if City were still in the competition.
