When he was with us he always looked capable of stepping up a level, but seemed to keep getting injured just as he was finding form. When he left us I was surprised he rocked up at King's Lynn, but obviously full-time football was the attraction. Hopefully he will do well with you guys. His dad is a smashing bloke too and travels everywhere to watch him play.
Transfermarkt National League Tansfers 25-26 Best place to view all the ins and outs. It's usually up to date.
Another two goalkeepers have now liked the Cooper tweet, Grant Smith and Will Buse. That's 14 of our ex-players liking a comment that the manager might be the issue holding the club back.
Must admit I had a fair bit of time for Cooper, and though he's clearly a bit of a cuss thought most (though definitely not all) of the players he fell out with were as much asking for it as anything, though obviously probably not best thing for a manager to be the sort who could start a fight in a phone box. It was him who finally got us promoted out of here first time after all, of course backed to the hilt. But then so were several who couldn't manage it.
We’ve decided to bring back Rory Watson on a season long loan. One of the worst goalkeepers to ever wear the Scunny shirt and we’ve brought him back. Just a complete calamity of a goalkeeper. We’re going to have to score 5 every game to stand a chance of winning with our goalkeeper options
Was 3rd choice and done well to shift him on,would think we are covering a bit of the wage.Do you want Fadera back also.
Yeah I saw you have Watson and Campbell now. It's like having to choose whether to cut off your arm or leg
One for Carlisle fans. Barnet signed Joe Hugill on loan from man u for season. One for the bench I'd imagine. I assume he's dog turd
He does have some talent about him, no doubt about that and he scored a couple of good goals for us but he's fairly lightweight, so he'll need stronger players around him to help him be effective.
He certainly isn't the missing piece in the puzzle for us. Will be one 4 forwards that will play a part this season. As we discovered last year we don't have any stand out players it's just raising the bar and having different options.
Hugill also would do well to get himself into a few good goal scoring opportunities but just wasn't clinical or he would make the wrong decision too often. If he can turn that around in his game then he'll be a constant goal threat.
You cannot judge too much any loan player coming into that shower and not looking superb. although it can be a sign of a great player if they did, that fusire from sheff wed would be worth a stab for a L2 side he had a superb battling attitude
We have zero money, I imagine the only reason we brought him in is because we don’t have to pay much. Would absolutely take Fadera back
I’ll put what I put in another thread… He’s fairly quick, decent touch, makes good runs, but physically weak. Too weak for League 2 in my opinion. If he’s bulked up a bit over the summer he could make a good career for himself. But last season he just got ragdolled, shoved off the ball and was all in all pretty ineffective.
