There's no way the consortium haven't deposited the cash as due diligence doesn't take place until after that so it is a game. He's maybe using it as a fans vote to keep him in the club and cancel the takeover. Either that or is he worried something is about to come out in DD that will expose him so he wants it done faster? He could use a no vote as a chance to liquidate the club. It's one of those 3 for me.
Was Stelling not part of Singh's consortium at one point? You do wonder if he's more of a hindrance than a help. However his media connections maybe good for putting pressure on him to sell.
