I’d prefer Al Capone,to the present incumbent.

I reckon we could be making an appearance on this thread in the near future, 2 weeks since relation and literally zero comms after it took 48 hours to acknowledge relegation. Now they’ve cancelled Elliott Justham’s testimonial, something doesn’t add up here.

Another statement from Pools, having a go at people, a takeover isn’t done yet and pleading for the current owner to help

    All very predictable

Becoming a habit getting these petty, thinly veiled threat updates from “the board” during cup finals. They’re essentially irritated that a prospective buyer had made a statement to calm the fan base when their own statement that wasn’t much of a update was an exercise in aggravating everyone clinging on for hope and waiting for some clear answers if there will be a Hartlepool United to support next season.

He is pulling some serious shit isn't he? The fat egotistical twat.

Guess it depends what the season ticket holders vote whether we have a club next season. Vote yes, Raj pulls the takeover and holds on another year. It is not happening, he won't sell. Vote no and we go bust, I'd rather that than put up with the **** any longer. Sorry.

I'm seriously fatigued of all this shit now, got in from graft late to another thorny pissy statement from the board, can't be arsed to even read it, got the cliff notes, I'm just so over it all now.

Sounds like them times with Knighton who was always prepared to sell up and somehow always last minute goalposts changed and never happened……took administration and taking it out of his hands to get shot of him

Jeff Stelling just resigned as club president due to Raj's treatment of the consortium.

I'm facing up to losing the club. He'd rather sink it than give it a better future.

He stated he was going to stop funding the club post last game of the season and is now holding a popularity contest for season ticket holders to beg for him to come back, it's insane levels of narcissism.

You've just gotta hope it's some sick posturing game he's playing.

Supporters have been left in an intolerable position with a perceived threat to the future of the club should they not support the current owner. Let’s remember it was him who wanted to stop funding the club. Yet now he seems almost affronted that others want to take over

Not once have I been consulted about this even though I am a shareholder. I have not met the would be buyers but I do know they have been trying to buy this club for over a year - not the actions of time wasters.
I will always love this club and wish all our fans the best.

There's no way the consortium haven't deposited the cash as due diligence doesn't take place until after that so it is a game.

He's maybe using it as a fans vote to keep him in the club and cancel the takeover. Either that or is he worried something is about to come out in DD that will expose him so he wants it done faster? He could use a no vote as a chance to liquidate the club. It's one of those 3 for me.

Was Stelling not part of Singh's consortium at one point?

You do wonder if he's more of a hindrance than a help. However his media connections maybe good for putting pressure on him to sell.

Getting horrendous PTSD about Radged Strings. Pulling same stunt twice. You were over a barrel at the time, but Pools should have bit the bullet and just started again back in the day. Hope the Season Ticket holders tell him exactly what they think of him.

So they either let Raj put his £25 into the club for another season and Pools drop to the NLN or he walks away, Pools are bought out by the consortium and play wherever…
