I wish Ferrari or Merc had the fastest car. Neither McLaren driver is deserving of a WDC IMO, so far anyway.

Whatever the semantics are, 10 second penalty has made a massive difference, 5 seconds and we still have a race. They can't order Norris to cede the lead though. Not Norris's fault. Wasn't aware Hulk hadn't ever podiumed, be nice if he holds on.

I'm so unbelievably happy for Hulkenberg. He overtook Button and Hamilton on pure pace for the race lead in a Force India in 2012 - pure WDC tier performance. But something always went wrong for all these years, whether through his own mistakes or just pure bad luck or pure bad timing in terms of team switches. Like, he could've been in a Ferrari or the Merc all those years had the timing worked out. I'd written off any hopes of him getting a podium like 5 years ago, and I couldn't be happier that he's finally, finally, got that podium he so thoroughly deserves. Haven't been so happy about a sporting moment since 2023, and an F1 moment since I can't even remember when.
Great to see Hulk up there! Lando wins the British GP and narrows the gap. Brilliant. Disappointed that the McLaren duo didn't give him more attention on the podium.
