Things are good when your new holding midfielder is getting an assist on his full first game.

Burnley leeds and sheff utd are My top 3 shouts.

Hit the post 3 times yesterday, could of been a lot more comfortable.

Still early days and I still can't see us getting top 2. Play offs we stand a great chance again.

They've had a pretty favorable set of fixtures to start. I doubt anyone's running away with it this year and if they do it won't be West Brom.

Another hard fought win but we are making it hard for ourselves with Edwards insisting on playing three at the back which means we struggle to control the midfield. He finally ditched it with 20 minutes left and we played so much better. Wednesday can consider themselves unfortunate not to get something from the game. I still think we'll improve but it may mean Edwards admitting that the present system doesn't work for us in the championship.

Just listened to our local press Norwich City podcast and was surprised to hear that post game the Watford squad were waiting on a big Dominos pizza order. Not sure that would sit right with me after a 4 - 1 defeat. Maybe give it to them as a treat if they don't concede in the opening 10 mins.:laugh:

Did I just watch Preston's CF bite Owen Beck after he had been sent off? :eeek

We'd have won that comfortably with 11 men, Greenwood should have his shite Turkey teeth removed with no anesthetic.

I'd have taken a point before the game, but friustrated ot only get a point in the end, even when it was 11 v 10, i never felt like Blackburn would score.
Just seen the Osmajic incident back, it'll be interesting to see what punishment he gets, very stupid to do that on a televised game with plenty of camears around

Blackburn looked like us early last season, not very good but bizarrely surpassing their XG, it doesn't last.

Yeah, would've been perfectly acceptable to do it if it wasn't televised to be fair

Not saying its acceptable, and i expect a lengthy ban, but if it wasnt a televised game, it might not have bene picked up on and he might have got away with it due to a lack of evidence, although i guess even non televised games have plenty of cameras at them these days

The bite mark would have probably still been picked up on.

No idea how we got a point. We were shite. Better in the second half but still no good.

Was after Beck kicked out and the meal made out of that, then he seemingly became the meal during the melee and got show the red after. The yellow for Osmajić was for dissent rather than that too :eeek.

Seeing the interview by Sky with Heckingbottom, they say they saw the marks afterwards so could be someone bit off more than they could chew so to speak and be in a bit of bother. Let's see. Down to the FA.

Game itself devoid of many chances. Big one for us for Dolan that hits the post and a couple of saves by Pears but neither team really threatened. 0-0 a fair result, as were the red cards actually given.

Probably be getting a ban for it if even Heckingbottom is admitting that happened .
