Raith sack Ian Murray after just one league game, after he led them to the play-off final last season. Obviously something major going on behind the scenes.
Nice windfall for Aberdeen selling Miovski. Aberdeen: Bojan Miovski joins Girona for Dons record fee received - BBC Sport
Naismith is not a top manager, think he will be out the door if he doesn't turn things around quickly.
I suspect one of their issues is Shankland, their lethal goal threat last season, has mentally checked out as he expected to get a move in the summer.
Big Dunc earning another draw yesterday. Needs to turn them into wins otherwise he may run the risk of not making It through the rest of the season
Rumours that Brighton owner Tony Bloom who also part owns a Belgian team is interested in investing in Hearts according to Kris Boyd on Sky yesterday . Would be good for Scottish football if he did to try & break mostly Celtic's monopoly though probably a better manager & sell some of the umpteen number 10's in their squad would help as well as buying better players & not ones from Peterborough ( Jorge Grant & Frankie Kent ) would also be a plus especially when your looking up in the league & seeing Ross County & St Johnstone at this moment in time .
I think Hearts will need a lot of investment to come close to the top 2. Is that what Bloom will bring ?
You don’t need tonnes of investment when you’re using Blooms data. You make some cheap signings, sell them for massive profit and then invest the profit. His Belgian club are probably a more comparable size/model to Hearts. Neilsen. signed for 500k, sold for 7.5m. Van Der Hayden. 100k sold for 2.7m Lynen. Free transfer, sold for 2.2m Undav. Free transfer, sold for 7m Vanzier. 300k sold for 5m All of those were in the Belgian second division. Then since promotion they’ve signed the likes of Victor Boniface, Cameron Puetras, Gustaf Nilsson etc etc who have been sold for massive profit and allow USG to step up the level they can recruit at again. It’s not going to happen over night but let’s be honest, Rangers are dogshit and Celtic massively underperform for a club of their size. It would take everything going there way for a season, but there’s no reason they couldn’t seriously compete for titles/cups in 5 or so years.
Aberdeen were poor last season but nothing like a bad as Hearts are right now. Needed Shankland in injury time to rescue a draw at home to Ross County.
Just hit the ignore button on his profile, thats what I did, you'll never see any of his moronic posts again.
