2-0 & you f*cked it up !! Just watched the highlights , oh dear Staggies but fair play to Livi , I can't see Noah Chilvers & Ronan Hale being at Ross County next season .
Not heard of this before . Ex-player sues Hibs over injuries from tackle by manager I remember he was a tough tackling player !
The Dundee board might be delighted to get Steven Pressley but not sure the fans are so happy. https://x.com/DundeeFC/status/1929512069235155365
Seems to be almost unanimous displeasure at his appointment, which puts him in an almost impossible position before a ball has even been kicked.
Has been at Brentford helping their recruiting team so obviously done well there but clearly bit different becoming a manager again. And won’t have the PL millions to play with !
After cup success can Aberdeen push on next season and go for 2nd spot perhaps, with all that has happened with Rangers with the takeover and new boss in? Celtic are guaranteed top spot, but with a few new faces coming in at pittodrie you just never know.
Like to think so but unlikely, don't have the financial muscle to compete with them. Not like the good old days of the 80s when Aberdeen and Dundee Utd were competing on a more even playing field and winning titles.
Aren't Hearts getting a £9.8m Tony Bloom boost ? Be great to see someone topple the Glasgow giants neither of whom I like watching , much rather something like Dundee v Hibs because they're usually more even games .
£9.8 million is a drop in the ocean, even by SPL standards. Agree about your sentiments about the OF, but unless they get lured away to another league we're stuck with them.
True , but considering quite a few Scottish Premiership clubs do their player shopping in England's 3rd & 4th tier & the disappointing crowds other than the 2 Glaswegian , Edinburgh clubs & also Aberdeen £9.8m will just be the start of things for Hearts & any outside cash injection never a bad thing . Talking of shopping , some Posh fans were hoping we'd sign on a free Kushini Tengi released by Portsmouth & to replace Rikki Jade-Jones but he's just signed for Aberdeen & joins his brother in Scotland who i think is at Livingston , if he keeps fit he could do ok up North .
Yengi will score goals at this level, if he can stay fit, could be a good bit of business for the Dons. They have also signed a left back as cover, so they have started to spend a bit of cash.
Just one 3pm Saturday kick off on the opening day . Presumably that is partly due to European games . Aberdeen x page obviously trying to troll other clubs here. https://x.com/KyleMuirhead24/status/1936005037915877570
