Another week and another full house, this time just for a solitary player though. And this player is StretfordEnd who churns out his 2nd full house of the season and is our standout high scorer for the week as he climbs to the dizzy heights of 2nd place having moved upwards in the table every week since week 2 - one more upward move to top spot maybe?!? The was some high scoring this week with a few players hitting the 30 point mark and it is Daz_Blade and Red Tide who share the second highest score of the week with this moving Daz up a couple of places whilst Red Tide is able to narrow that gap at the bottom as Jason suffers a low score of the week. At the top Borussia Teeth makes it a 4th week in top spot but StretfordEnd's rise to 2nd means Vanni slips a place to 3rd. Garrincha and Cal_BCFC score well to each move up a place but it's not so good for ForestRob, our only other previous league leader, as he slips down to 7th place, just ahead of me as my slide from the heights of 2nd continues. Further below us and we have a couple of decent movers in the league as Super_horns rises 2 places and TAFKAP is up 5 places and into the top 10. The other upward mover is CFC91 who is up one place to 17th at the expense of TLC who slips one to 18th.

    Mini-League Series

It's the end of the first season and that means points are on the line.
StretfordEnd entered the final week with a 3 point deficit to make up over Vanni who was group leader of The Super League group and his superb week has done just that as he leaps into top spot and claims the first 10 points of the season to head straight to the top of the overall table. Vanni is able to keep hold of 2nd spot to at least take the consolation prize and get their overall tally up and running. At the wrong end, shudewill started the week in a place of safety but TAFKAP was able to make a late move to escape the drop and send shudewill down with TLC, both of whom drop below 0 points in the overall table.

In The Premier Division group Borussia Teeth has been in total control all season and is a very worthy group winner to claim the 5 points available and also a place in the top group for next season. Garrincha just about clings onto 2nd spot for those 3 points and also gaining promotion but only courtesy of their full house bonus which just kept them ahead of Daz_Blade who finishes 3rd. Colinmorriswalksonwater put up a brave fight to escape the bottom 2 but is relegated as Super_horns survives and they go down with Panja with both of them losing early points in the overall table.

ForestRob earns promotion in their first season of the game as he wins The Pub League group to claim 3 points to his overall tally with dale4ever also gaining promotion and a bonus point to get their mini-league campaign up and running. At the wrong end both Jason and Red Tide put up a bit of a fight to escape the bottom 2 but neither managed it as they both drop 4 points.

    GOS Tinpot Shield

Just Groups D & E again this week and Group D is already a very tight affair with 4 out of the 5 players now on 3 points. TAFKAP gets his campaign underway with a convincing win over Hashtag55 who, despite this loss, is group leader courtesy of their accumulative scores for the last 2 weeks. In the other tie, Super_horns down a 2nd defeat of the tournament to Vito Andolini and heads up to 2nd in the group and into a highest scoring runner up position for now.

It is in Group E where we have a 100% record as Garrincha wins their 2nd game of the competition, defeating Spaceman Spiff who remains in 2nd place and a highest scoring runner up position. StretfordEnd enters the competition having had a week off last week and he gets started with a convincing victory over dale4ever who is defeated for a 2nd time in 2 weeks.

Still plenty to play for though and next week groups A, B & C get underway as well.

All of your scores for the week, along with the new table, the Tinpot Shield results/standings (use tabs at bottom of spreadsheet to access this) and the latest mini-season tables can now be found below. Navigate through the different weeks by clicking on the tabs at the bottom. If you spot an error then just let me know!

The players are in alphabetical order to give you a clue as to how far you have to scroll right to find your scores and it is still the same in that the league tables include the number of Full Houses (FH), Not To Scores (NTS) and Double Points Selections (DB) you've been successful with as well as your total points. I will use those 3 things (in this order) to determine the outcome of any ties :)

Borussia Teeth very possibly did win POTM in January, but I'm sure his most recent award was for August...

I'll happily accept the award for that month in advance if that's OK with everyone else...
