I know it sounds crazy but I genuinely think election by lot would work better. People would develop much more civic sense because of it.

The people of this both this country and other western countries should hang their head in shame.
No they didn't, they broke into an air force base and sprayed paint into the engines. A subtle difference perhaps, but one's an act of defiance to declare support for Palestine and the other is sabotage of extremely expensive military hardware.
