If only we had a team full of Salahs.

Konate being out for over a month over Christmas, when we normally struggle a bit, would be an absolute shitter.

Gotta be Gomez over Quansah I think at CB.

Apparently he's just posted on Instagram saying he will work hard to recover. That says it all really ,looks like Gomez will have to step up alongside the Big Dutch fella and revive that 19-20 season partnership.

Stunned if he goes with Quansah.

Thanks to that **** Endrick with three (!) needless fouls at 2-0 down with no interest in the ball. Shit like that needs to be called into question with retrospective bans. Club's should be able to seek compensation from other clubs at the very least.

I will back Quansah as he is a big talent but I think Gomez is the safer option given the circumstances.

Would say this is where a lack of rotation when it probably could have sufficed could present an issue. Both players have under 100 mins league and Champions League football under their belt so far. And it is nearly December. So either way both are really going to have to step up.

They both proved they're adept squad options last season. Hopefully they do the same for Slot now. Annoyingly Tsimikas out too and if Bradley is we will have no senior cover at RB or LB if Gomez is now CB.

The Konate injury is annoying because we didn't even need to go full strength the other night. It's a big blow but it's not season ending so that's a positive hopefully get him back for New Year we should be able to get through with Joey G & Quansah.

I don't know why you've posted those stats like it makes any difference? Let's push the corruption aside and just focus on the successes winning 6 out last 7 titles is a crazy level of domination that isn't good for the league and product. It doesn't matter if some of them were close calls you've still won them and they go down in the history books. Of course it's enjoyable and amazing when it's your team doing it i'd love Liverpool to do what City have done but at the same time i'd understand fans of other clubs getting sick of it and want someone else to win just to mix things up a little. Somebody has got to take advantage of you faltering and win the league because it won't last when you have a drop off season you come straight back the following so this cannot be allowed to be an opportunity lost. If Liverpool win on Sunday unlike some others I don't think it kills the race btw.

What a scummy c**t. Hopefully Konate repays the favour when they next meet, and he's a lot bigger than that little scrote.

After the second tackle ,I would have liked a Liverpool player 'preferably our Capt' to have stepped in and had a strong word with him. I imagine that would have made him a bit more weary of lunging in with no expectancy of winning the ball ?

I'm only enjoying what other teams have in the past was only about for end of Liverpools domination so can't comment on media but it seemed ok when United 8 out of 11 (1992 to 2003) I feel we are coming to an end as I think even if Pep wins title this year and next 2 I think he will go on 2027 then with all teams having money I feel we may go back to 60s when I think 7 or 8 teams won the league, Burnley. Liverpool, Ipswich, City, United, Leeds etc

Konate being out is a massive blow especially for this game. Gomez did alright in the last game that he played center back, so I'd go with Gomez ahead of Quansah. I know that Quansah did have a good game vs City last season, but he hasn't hit the same form that he was in last season, the game against Ipswich proved that.

Bradley being out for the same amount of time isn't helping the case either, but thankfully Trent is back. It's going to be a tough month to manage minutes and avoid potential injuries to key players.

One of two titles. How can a club the size of Spurs and players they've had down years have only won league twice? I'm not digging them out. Always had a soft spot for them tbh but I find that baffling and really poor.

Anyone who appears on a shit dancing show shouldn't be taken seriously.

Merse does come across as thick as shit.
