Halifax's first opportunity to seal that 7th place tonight, I'll be watching with interest.

Not expecting us to get in with the amount of games left. Halifax must be favourites with points in the bag, but I'm over the moon to still be in with a shout after the season we have had, won't be sick as a parrot if we don't make it, but it's a funny ol' game, but the harder the battle, the bigger the victory. Still it's a game of 90 minutes, but it only takes a second to score a goal, and you have to be in it to win it, we've won some, drawn some and lost some this season, but we've never been defeated. So whichever way it goes this week, good luck to whoever gets that seventh place this season and if it's not us, we gave it a good shot and we'll be back stronger next season.

Here's to an exciting week and hopefully one we are interested in after tis evening.

    UP THE FLEET!

You won’t persuade any town fans that we need a ‘better’ manager than Cook. He’s not without faults as anyone isn’t, but we couldn’t have dreamed have having a manager like him. As for players, most have contracts for next year already. Of the ones who haven’t think Banks is only one that might be added.

Clearly, anyone wanting Halifax to win tonight wants Boreham Wood to stay up. Shameful really...

Very nervous. We don't make things easy so I fear we may drop points.

Exactly, I have no other motives other than wanting Ebbsfleet to send Boreham Wood back where they belong

A loss for Ebbsfleet combined with a draw for Boreham Wood means we’re safe. Fingers crossed.

Utterly dominant. They've barely had a kick. Got 1-0 away win all over this. Same problem as literally the entire season we can't hit a barn door with a banjo

Fleet were unlucky with the shot across the face of goal from the left, had a couple of other chances with woeful finishing.

Shaymen's finishing is worse, should be 2 up at HT.

Both team's holding of possession is poor, but towards the last ten of the half Halifax started to put a couple of good moves together using the wings.

Hoping that the Fleet can hold out or even nick one.

Also I think the reds are winning the game at the back of the open stand btw.

Second half so far; Ebbsfleet have three touches and give it away, Halifax have eight and give it away.

Cousins made a great save on the clearest chance so far, put it over the bar. Ref then follows up by giving a goal kick, where do they find these muppets!

Shitting the bed. Inability to score will cost us the play offs

Can't score its that simple. They say at the end of the season your failings come home to roast

Lack of strikers will cost us the play offs.
