    The burning question in all this is will the dustman looking fooker Tom Pope score his first of the season. It cant be a penalty as its not allowed so only in open play. Everybody is willing ower Popey on and good luck messages are coming in from up and down the country. Even The Queen sends here good luck although though the aging old git maybe getting confused with the one that lives in The Vatican City.

    Wolves have a decent record at Stoke's poorest neighbour, and with a great start to the season maybe we can extend that past next week. Concerns in midfield in the Crawley game means Kevin McDonald must start just to take the pressure off young Lee Evans. David Davis had some concerns as well but his mopping up will be needing during this game. Will we get Scott Golbourne in from Barnsley not sure if that's the case he may come in at left back and leave Ricketts to take the heat off Doherty. Griff should start again as his court appearance in the week meant his week was cut short on the training ground.

    Looking forward to this one but as ever I make no predictions.

    You reckon that Vale's midfield are not as technically gifted as Crawley's ?

    I think Evans has been very good for us, not as good Tuesday but he will have games like that as he's only 18 think it would be harsh to drop him, I think it's a long old season and there's no rush to get McDonald in from the start straight away.

    I think Jackett will bring McDonald in though for Evans.

    Hope so my friend, last time i went a game against Wolves in the league in the 90's the yobs were fighting in the town. They spoil it for everyone else.

    Sadly I think trouble is inevitable at this one. Although there will probably be a big police presence to mitigate matters.

    There bunch of kids no older then probably 18. Wolves, West Midlands Police and CCTV that's installed in major towns and cities surely can spot these troublemakers. Its a shame the government cant get involved bigger and send these 13/14/15 years olds to Juvenile a lot early.
