Shrewsbury at home today. Hopefully norman is nowhere near the pitch. Hopeful of seeing our best 11 out against a tough higher tear opposition. Its games like this you gwt a much better understanding of where your at.

Shots last PSF, home to EFL giants Bromley…..As if we didn’t have enough of them, anyway. Giving this one a miss, barbie and beer more alluring .
Big k.o. next week ; we are opening the season with niggling injuries, and a few serious ones, also need an experienced calming influence and a heavyweight striker to add a bit of variety to a very young squad. IMO…. Hoping for one or two “ triallists “ today….

Home to Hemel. Was meant to be here on the beers, but change of plans has meant I’ve driven down. Going to watch a half behind the dugouts, just to see if our ex-manager Bobby Wilkinson has changed at all.

We just made Salford look very shite. 3-1 HT.
Aaron Henry scores thunder bastards from FKs. If he keeps that up all season I'll be happy.

We just made ourselves look very shite by losing to 2-1 to AFC Totton with a full strength xi. Tbf they had big names like Charlie Austin and erm, Scott Rendell in their squad so seem to have a decent budget.

    Oldham 1-0 Shrewsbury - Fondop '27

We're a couple of good attacking players away from a promotion winning side.

Or if not, I reckon an FA Cup run on the cards

Lost 1-0 at home to a full strength Orient side, should have score but didn’t which is a slight worry but up the other end we look very good defensively and have done all pre season. Lacking a player in the middle to run with the ball, we will finish about 10-12th.

    0-0 for the Shaymen.
Looks like we will be struggling this season.
    4 games without a goal.

Tell ya what, from the 20 mins khan got id snap him up. His set pieces are a class above and hes got a bit of effective attacking flare as well. Like to see him with norwood.

Im more confident after seeing that than i was going off the back of pre season results. Hammond looks to have stepped up

A very mixed performance verses Hemel which we won 3-2. Laboured at times, yet played some very good stuff as well. Sam Ashford netted his fifth goal in pre season in contrast to Sean Aradwka who has scored just 2 goals in his last 29 games.

I can’t believe we will start with Alfie Matthews in goal. If we do, we will struggle.

Archie Matthews*, but completely agree with all of this. Boldewijn hasn’t really worked as a wing back in preseason, get Cesay there and allow Enzio to play further forward.

Christ looks like you Wealdstone lot have run out of clubs to have a BEEF with so you’ve now resorted to BEEFING with yourselves instead.

Alfie might have been a better choice in goal.

You should read Stonesnet, this is child’s play.

Bloody debates over preseason attendances. We BEEF over everything.
