Surely, it has to be a better spectacle to watch than our games so far. For the love of god, surely? The Dutch will offer plenty of attacking threat. They will also commit men and leave more room for us to play in. We have options who could cause damage the other way. No idea if we’ll be good enough to get through or not, it’s probably 50:50. But let’s have a game of it at least.
England can't beat the Netherlands, and certainly, they can't beat either Spain or France. But they can draw and progress on penalties. So I'm betting on England. To win this Euro, on penalties; redemption for 2021, 2006, 1996, 1990. Penalties.
Expecting this to be completely different to any game we've had so far. The Netherlands will be a lot more open which probably suits us more. It's the sort of game we could really do with Gordon and Watkins to run in behind but obviously it'll be the same lineup as Saturday (maybe Guehi back in). Famous last words but I definitely don't see this being a borefest. Think there'll be several goals with both teams scoring. Our defence has looked more convincing than the Dutch so hopefully that'll prove the difference.
More Liverpool player in the starting lineup for the Dutch than for the English? 98th minute? We're not at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, Vito (or do you mean own goal in extra time?)
