If we bin off the FA cup by playing that line up, I’m not going to be a happy bunny. We’ve got the best chance in years of winning it and I’d sooner win this than the PL or the Europa.

I appreciate they're different techniques but i can't understand how someone who can pass the ball so accurately, misses the target so badly when shooting.

The longer he’s been with us and not getting into the side the more I think he was just brought in as a stop gap. Cover if we suffered injuries. We sounded out Thauvin a year ago and went for Trincao in the summer. I think Rodgers and probably the clubs preferred option is to get Thauvin on a free in the summer. We took Ünder because there was an opportunity to get someone in with little risk. He got a rare 90 today and didn’t do much with it. Debutant Daley-Campbell made more of an impression. Hopefully he turns up a level and shows he’s the player we all want, but I can’t see it now. He’ll have limited opportunity.
