All seems to be happening with us late on in the window. Grimes has gone, and that money seems to be going on Jacob Wright as a direct replacement. £4 million from Man. City, I'm surprised that we're spending the sort of money on a player (even if we've got it coming in from the Grimes sale), only 19 and has been involved a few times for City. He's going to need to step up to first team football pretty quickly, but the sort of signing we should be looking at making. Also signed Melker Widell as a more attacking midfield player, but he's been immediately loaned back to AaB - presumably needed to happen for him to join. Looks good, another young player and scored quite a few in Denmark this season.
He was sensational when he first signed, very direct and an excellent dribbler of the ball. Genuinely thought he’d be pushing for an England squad place. For the last 18 months or so though his form has dropped off the face of a cliff. I’d like to see him moved on because there’s a player in there, just not perhaps with as high a ceiling as once thought. Think a top end championship club would be a perfect move to be honest to get his form back
Edwards seemed to have an attitude problem when he was here. Would regularly turn up late to training, pretty much instantly fell out with Farke. Maybe he grew up though.
Ryan Porteous on loan from Watford to cover Storey's injury is the main rumour this morning. Maybe made permanent in the summer? Worked with Heckingbottom at Hibs.

We've valued Osmajic at £9m and expect to keep him today. Lots of interest. Watford have given Porteous the greenlight to leave on loan. So should arrive here unless someone else comes in for him. He’ll certainly show a lot of commitment and desire but probably too much at times ! Least you are prepared to cover injuries . We seem happy to do nothing and keep slipping down the league .
