    **** off

What a ridiculously dumb view of the world. I guess if I hear my neighbour beating his wife I'll just keep my opinions to myself as I doesn't invole me.

The lack of any eye contact is pretty awkward tbh. Though maybe they'd have given her the time of day later on, who knows. Isn't hard to show a basic level of recognition though and it goes a long way sometimes. Like acknowledging someone begging vs. just ignoring their very existence.

No, you’d call the police Flip  Bit of a silly comparison really.

I dunno, I’m just very jaded by people constantly acting offended on behalf of others. It’s patronisation. It’s also a bit of lacking in common sense. Are you telling me if you was there, you’d speak up and have a go at the players and potentially ruin that little girl’s time? Because you’d be just as a big a prick as the players who ignored her if you did in my opinion :shrug

I don’t know if you have kids but it wouldn’t be a surprise if you didn’t.

The point is obviously that anyone can have a view on something whether it involves them or not.

I am not "offended" on behalf of anyone. This Twitter discourse material is stupid. I can see something and have a view of it on my own without being offended, even for the other person. It's the lack of manners and how unpleasant it is that I dislike. Believe it or not, people can form opinions without being "outraged". This is pretty basic stuff.

My job is literally being an exemplar for kids  I get paid for it.

Just bringing this thread back from the grave to moan about a common sentiment I'm seeing in most FFP debates:

How any club that isn't willing to risk its future existence through excessive spending is accused of "being happy just to exist in the premier league".

How clubs like Villa and Forest keep trying to paint themselves as trying to stick up for the little guy, while simultaneously trying to screw the actual little guys as much as they can.

Seen it mentioned on here a few times but the ignorance of the fact that any major rule changes require at lease 14 teams to vote it through. The claims of the Big 6 or 'red cartel' making changes to suit them is just strange as well as wrong.

You can't put the heating back on.

Its like walking into that dodgy pub on an awayday and not having one pint.

Got to tough it out ;)

The idea that any player that plays in the centre of midfield is a DM

    It's seemingly happened overnight

There's loads of CMs, in fact I'd say its more used now than it was 10 years ago when the 4231 first came about. DM, CM & CAM is the norm now

Depends on the level of the clubs involved I guess and how literally you take the term box to box.

Arsenal 9 times out of 10 dominate possession and territory to the point that our defensive line is on the half way line. The midfielders aren't box to box in that scenario, for either team. How can they be when they're in the opponent's or their own half for most of the game?

    With you here.

In addition to that, this notion that centre backs need to play on a specific side. Seen an Arsenal fan on Twitter suggesting that Deschamps was trying to deliberately sabotage Saliba by playing him at LCB
