How's the weather in your 'neck of the woods'? it's pretty wild and windy up here in Scotland with winds up to 60mph compliments of 'Storm Hector' and the local park where I normally take our grandsons for a kick around football wise a few branches from trees have blown down, lucky enough no trees this year, the photo below was a branch that was blown off last night and good job it was not during the day as it's right next to a bus stop.
It's just10:40am and it's 86° already, heat index right now of 90°....expected high of 98°...so nice and toasty today
I don't like heat, give me cold weather anyday, I grew in Australia with heat, 40/45c somedays when I worked with the country roads board tarring roads in the bush. It's wet and miserable here, the wind has died down and it's a nice 12c, helps my hayfever/asthma and I can breathe a bit better.
Not to bad at the moment, around 19c cloudy and sunny mixed, tomorrow supposed to be around 25c, f*** that, just hope it does not go even hotter as that's when my migraine kicks in, I had to leave Aussie land because of the heat where I suffered from acute migraine attacks with temperatures above 30c.
F*ck me it's hot and sticky here in Somerset, i just want a thunderstorm to clear the air as i'm sweating like Katie Price when she's near an open oven the plastic slapper.
Sorry, but could do with a proper downpour to help with these moorland fires. Looks like wall to wall sunshine for a while yet though!
