Pleased for Bromleys fans. Never quite understand the bitchiness and dislike for them tbh.

Shall we hand Southend the championship now ?

Was going to say, it didn’t take long for the Solihull fans to clear but that end has been empty all game.

Bromley are a superbly run non league club. They and Sutton have set the blueprint of how to progress and develop your football club when you are traditionally non league. No sugar daddy, develop the facilities and build a football club .

Well done Bromley, glad to see the back of them and their plastic pitch, not sure how their brand of footy will fare in EFL2 ?
Such a difficult to team to beat though,..

Southend couldn't afford Cheek's wages even when not paying HMRC pre embargo(s). The source is his dad who supports us.

Pretty sure Bromley are bankrolled even if not as obviously as others in recent past.

Glad they and their plastic pitch are out of the way, we have had a shit time against them in our time here.

Massively bankrolled by a local businessman, worth a few hundred million even has a private jet, club currently with a shareholder deficit £4m.

Glad to see the back of Bromley as they are strong every year. Think they will need a lot of strengthening though and was shocked to hear the average age of today's starting XI was 29! That seems very high.

Think Bromley's style will see them fine in L2. They are less tinpot than Solihull so were my pick of the two.

Solihull will definitely be up there again next season.

All depends if our cretinous owner is still here or not. If he impacts our pre-season then you can probably put us down for another wasted season.

I used to live near Bromley so have seen a few of their games over the years, I went when they won the Conference South and remember that being seen as an incredible achievement.

Ex Millwall centre half Byron Webster scored the winning penalty too. Surreal.

Fair play, a very good final, enjoyable watch.

Congrats to Bromley, over the course of the season they were very consistent and I won’t miss them in this league, a tough team to play against especially on the plastic pitch (even though we beat them there this season). Will be intrigued to see how they get on next year.

Commiserations Solihull, horrible way to lose it. They’ll definitely be right up there again next season

Not saying they don’t have investment, what they haven’t done is spunked it on players without developing their infrastructure.

Who in this division bar little old Wealdstone not have investment? The two players they took off us this season saw reasonable transfer fees paid and a big improvement in wages.

That said, they have invested in their club.

They have an excellent academy that feeds through to their first team, have developed some of their ground with planning permission for the open side now in place which I presume will now be accelerated, have deep roots in the community. There is much to be commended.

And Daggers aren’t bankrolled by American owners?
