Completely agree, personally think Eastmond in that game yesterday gives us at least a draw.

AS I said pre-match, wasn't at the game yesterday, but from the highlights draw definitely favoured us. A point gained on last season, how I alway gauge the first few games, before form in the current season becomes more apparent.

It was a solid performance, nothing brilliant, but that will do me.
As for Mani D,he needs a strike partner.
I’ve never been a fan of one up front, him & Grey were an excellent combination last season.
If Mani is own his own every game,he’ll be fecked by Xmas.

I think he's gonna stick with one upfront personally, don't think we've even seen 2 strikers playing together all pre season, in attack when we've the ball it's basically a front 4 anyway with the 3 right behind him, your not wrong like he's gonna be goosed without some backup, wonder if Armstrong fancies another loan spell, see he only had a 2 minute cameo yesterday for Carlisle.

In lieu of a National League highlights show, at least for the time being, here's a youtube playlist of all the games' highlights

Great diagonal ball for the first, howler from the keeper for the second. Still a win and you guys are up and running.

Shame about the match! Both teams look like we need work. Thank god there’s no transfer window….

In terms of the banner, it’s richly deserved. It’s bloody stressful when your clubs at rock bottom, possibly facing extinction. When someone looks past their own problems and stretches out a hand to help, the least we can do is thank them profusely. I won’t ever forget the help that Wrexham and York fans (in particular) offered us. It was a rare ray of sunlight in the very worst of times.

Ourselves, wrexhan and countless others have been in the same position, it's horrendous. Our football teams are our lives. We have spouses, kids, jobs etc but nothing can replicate the feelings your team gives you, both good and bad. If that team and thus feelings ever disappeared, it would take away purpose in most of our lives

Absolutely! Now we have owners who’ve heard of HMRC, they will be getting their tuppence ha’penny of the gate receipts. Amen to that, it’s been too long that the good name of our club was trashed by Ron being delinquent with the taxman (and everyone else).

We thanked you enough in the second half by letting your midfield have a practice session. The banner was a bonus
