It was never a foul and the fact you're even arguing it is ridiculous. You're in the minority of one.
Well there's comments on your own forum, saying we're the best side they've seen at your ground this season.
The Bunker? Full of cranks mate Didn't see the game so can't comment either way though keeper always gets the benefit and he's gone down, you'll see them disallowed all over the country, right or wrong.
Snap And the poor fvcker spends his days in the living room singing Pools song now can't forgive myself
Crazy behaviour. Barnet were fine but it was an even game, each had good spells with the ball, end of the day both sides first shots on target were in the 85th and 91st minute, neither of us did enough to deserve the win. And for the record, in my humble opinion, Rochdale were the best team we've seen at Pools by a long distance.
Didn't think we played well at all. Barely created any chances but need to watch again to see if that is due to good defending from Pools or poor from us. View from behind the goal was great to see the madness at the end of the second half. Definitely a penalty not given for us, great chance that hit straight at Young, another chance that he produces a miracle save for, then the disallowed goal which was a ridiculous decision. I'd argue that Pools didn't seem dangerous at all. Big CF will always win the ball and hold it up + will cause some problems from set pieces, but otherwise I was not worried at all until Mancini came on but he was obviously still rusty. Referee was appalling too, even aside from the disallowed goal.
Dont think theres a worse way you could lose a game of football but i do feel like we may look back at this game come the end of the season and see it as a good result. Imagine the distraction of drawing united in the 3rd round, as much as id have loved it. More important today was barnet and gateshead drawing and halifax losing. Not too fussed about york winning as you cant have a perfect set of results every week. 2 games in hand now and thats distorted the league somewhat.
Good laugh watching Kabamba celebrating like they’d won the World Cup,without realising it’d been disallowed. And their manager complaining about our pitch
Brilliant performance beating Weston Super Mare 3-0. On a sadder note, Ollie Pearce tearing the conference a new arsehole makes me regret that I didn’t get to see him do it for Worthing
