Fair play to Brackley ,we were lucky to get a point.
    A well organised team,your number 18 was excellent,but it doesn’t alter the fact,that apart from 4 players,we were garbage.

The ‘handball’ for York's last minute winning penalty is laughable.

Are Aldershot semi professional? I noticed a couple of their players yesterday especially their number 10 looked a bit too fat to be a professional footballer.

    No we're fully professional

Josh Barrett is our 10, looks a bit different to your typical footballer but technically he's incredible. Single handedly destroyed Oldham at their place and scored one of the best goals you'll see at Wembley

Unfortunately Tetek, Barrett and Thomas were off it yesterday and that's why we didn't create as much as we usually do. Even then we should have scored but credit to your keeper for a couple of big saves at 1-0

It really was a joke decision but 2 minutes before that we had the most blatant penalty foul I've seen ignored when Alex Hunt was scythed down by 2 players at one so it was evened out really. Tbf we shoukdve been dead and buried as the Braintree lad making his debut who had already scored twice missed an unbelievable chance from 6 yards

I guess these decisions should even themselves out over a season… two wrongs however don’t make a right, the standard of officiating really is very poor at times in this league.

You can’t give away 5 penalties in your first 9 games and expect to get anywhere.

You can’t fight back from 2-0 to draw level and then concede a third straight from the restart and expect to get anywhere.

He’s actually lost a fair bit of weight since joining us 18 months ago too. Technically, he’s easily good enough for League 1, but he seems like he really enjoys playing for us.

He likes playing for Widdrington, it's the 4th club he's been at with him

Widdrington sets the team up to play to his strengths, and accepts his shortcomings (pace, pressing etc). Josh can some days be a luxury player but he'll also single handedly win games on other days. Always capable of a magic moment
