I wouldn’t be surprised if we conceded the game. No one wants to go back to Scunny if they can help it especially midweek. .

Why would Scunthorpe get their win upgraded to 3-0 when the easiest solution is the 2-1 result stands?

Why do Scunthorpe fans even want that?

    Football fans are odd.

Read the rule book, forfeit = 3-0.

    A forfeited fixture is a 3-0

We only played 80 minutes, this would be a forfeit. I don’t particularly care as long as we get the win

Ah ok, thought was a 90 minute situation like the other night, didn't realise was 80th. Complicates things.

Glad he's OK. I really do not think the scunny fans did themselves proud today. They were booing and moaning as our player hadn't moved on the pitch for about 20 mins.

Regardless of everything else, they were acting like bellends whilst he was still down. And before we even knew if he was OK, for their manager to grab the mic and say what he did was pretty poor.

IMO, honestly, just give them the 3 points. We didn't look like getting back into it. We don't need another midweek away game. Let's move on.

Also, after being guilt tripped into spending £90 on travel it's just so classic that it got abandoned

£90 travel to witness history as it’ll be Wealdstone’s last ever National League game before their membership is permanently revoked.

I know football is an emotive game but some of the stuff sent to the club and posted on social media tonight from grown men is beyond embarrassing. Our focus is on a young lad who went into shock on the pitch and couldn’t breathe due to the pain and is now in hospital. It’s a bloody game at the end of the day, 3 points.

Don’t think you were Brilliant at all were just a very poor side. Any half decent side can’t beat us at the moment and our results show that.

Some of our fans are saying we’ve hit rock bottom but I think it will get much worse before it gets better. What a shambles, Bradbury should walk.

I’d be absolutely fuming at the manager if I was a Wealdstone fan

To pull that stunt after a huge win in midweek is something else. To not even check on the injured player while he’s down, all he cared about was getting the game called off.

I would want Butler sacked if he did that
