Back to the money pit, one thing is for sure it won’t be as entertaining and enjoyable as last season.
wish they'd hurry up and sort out the points deduction, some twat who is meant to be a Leicester fan was banging on about us getting 10 points on a shite radio station, we won't be getting anywhere near that, that's more than admin gets you
I think they’re waiting until the end of this financial year before deciding otherwise we’d probably be getting 2 deductions in a season.
God I miss the good old days when football was simple. Nowadays you need to be a statistician, mathematicians, accountant, lawyer and presumably spent most of your youth learning about football by playing computer games. Ok old codger rant over. I thought the deduction we’re are currently awaiting was because we were over our allowed loses in the 3 years ending in the season we got relegated. If that’s the case if we’re over again at the end of this 3 year cycle then we’ll be getting an additional deduction, even though we were in the EFL last season. I would appreciate being corrected about this.
The deduction we could get if for the period we were last in, any punishment for the EFL season would have to wait until we are in the efl
Chelsea, Newcastle, Aston Villa, Everton, Nottm Forest and Leicester must all sell players by June 30 to avoid PSR breaches This is probably why we haven’t appointed a manager/coach yet.
well we've raised £10m at least, sell KDH before the end of the month and I would think we should be good
The club need to get used to and good at selling squad players, selling the best player isnt going to progress us. It baffles me the amount of bids we have turned down for squad players, there is more than half a dozen refused bids revealed by players/agents for past 2 years alone. We also just given out a 3 year contract whilst we dont have a manager.
Well you can't really put a players career on hold to suit yourself can you? "We know you want to know where your future lies, but would you mind waiting so we can appoint someone and then let them have a look at you and decide what to do with you?... Sorry, no timescale on that mate, could be a while."
last year we turned down £4m for Iversen, we were holding out for £6m, ended up not selling him paying him until January then loaning him out for buttons. I agree with getting value but for a 4th choice keeper you take that, that by the way would have allowed us to get Sensi in January and we probably avoid the dip as we don't lose our midfield depth
