I take it you are on about the circly thing on top. Well its very easy really. Make a HUGE circle and fill it with white colour. By huge I mean big enough to cover the top of the sig in the way it covers mine, or you can use an ellipse. Then set this circle at 25% Opacity. In case you don't know how to draw circles you use the Elliptical Marquee Tool (M). That's it ! Very simple yet looks nice
