Oh good, another tounament where alcohol and LGBTQ people are nor welcome.

Hopefully Budweiser and a bunch of other sponsors just pull their money, after what happened last time.

FIFA love a chance to show how they value money over morals. Another World Cup I won't be watching

I think Dylan Mulvaney not advertising Bud Light for this World Cup would be a good thing. Besides, athletes don't drink alcohol or dress up on float parades anyway.

Sucks it's in an oil-money country that has no human rights and is corrupt. And having it in Winter kills its build-up and excitement.

You’ve been there? The only thing we have in common is our drink culture, other than that they’re **** all like us..

As a Frenchman I didn't see much difference between the aussies and the brits.

    But that's me.

They don’t watch soaps we produce either, when people in this country watch Neighbours in their drones. The Aussies don’t care about it.

This is how it’ll pan out…..

From now until 2030, the UK media will regularly run stories criticising the Saudi Government and its regime.

From 2030 to 2034, the UK media will go into overdrive criticising the Saudi Government and its regime.

2034, the World Cup starts with England either wearing a badge or making a pre match gesture that protests the Saudi Government and its regime.

FIFA threaten to expel England from the tournament, if they continue to wear the badge or make the pre match gesture.

England immediately agree to remove the badge and stop making the gesture.

At the end of the tournament the UK media, who have been staying in luxury 7 star resorts on an all expenses paid trip curtesy of the Saudi Government breathlessly gush about what a wonderful tournament it was and how it was the best World Cup ever, even better than Qatar 2022 and we were all hypocrites then as well.

The UK media never mentions the Saudi Government or its regime ever again
