Tough game. Iraola has turned them into a good team. Since their first win, they are 5th in the table for points gained. I think we'll be unchanged again.
Can't see us getting anything, 3-1 probably. Semenyo being out is really annoying - just hope it's not an ACL, we don't know yet. Taking my 13 year old to his first away match too, paying or two now. Hope he enjoys his 9am breakfast in London Can't see it being as exciting as last season.....
Can’t see anything from this, I’d feel far more optimistic if our counter attacking threats Semenyo, Sinisterra, Tavernier etc were available but they’re all injured. Usually we pose teams the first hurdle of our high pressing attackers, and then the second hurdle of the second line press which springs a counter attack if it wins the ball. With those counter options off the table we will work hard but lack some quality. Our only attacks will be the front line press and hope Arsenal defenders make mistakes. Which might be enough against some PL opposition but probably not your Arsenal level types. They’ll be good enough to pass through the first press a fair amount and we wont pose them that rearguard headache. Ah mate that’s awesome, hope he enjoys his day!
I have no idea how on earth it can be true. Semenyo has gone from looking like he's buggered his knee on Sunday, stretchered off the pitch in obvious pain, fears over ACL etc, to being passed fit to play today. He probably won't start but that's a huge boost to morale and tactical prospects.
Yes excitement levels through the roof Great news about Semenyo, even if he's just not done his leg properly and doesn't figure loads in the last few games.
That includes Jurrien Timber. Might be on the bench after making two appearances for the u-21s. Although I think he only gets on if we're comfortably winning with 20 minutes to go.
Can't see beyond a home win. Every time I think there's a real opportunity for Arsenal to slip up they show a real mature performance.
It’s been coming and Arsenal look quality, but what an embarrassing bit of play from Havertz. It’s another questionable VAR call (whether to intervene or not) when playing one of the big boys, it gets a bit repetitive. Still need to keep going and stay in the game.
The chance of Bournemouth getting back into this has a probability of approximately zero squared. Over to you then City scummies.
I dunno. I'm in the camp where if you need slow motion to make it not look like a foul then it is a foul - and vice versa. Football isn't played in slow motion so why are we using slow motion to make decisions?
Swear we had a penalty just like that overruled and Havertz was the culprit. Guess he’s wearing the right kit this time.
"Penalty" . . . Should have been a yellow card for Havertz, blatantly "doing an Elliott" and leaving his trailing foot in. Absolute joke.
