Top post Rob, sums it up perfectly and has made me post for the first time in a long time. I need to get back to the City Ground so much it ****ing hurts and has done for ages. The disconnection is almost emphasised through having to watch via ifollow. Tbh, looking back to about a year ago, the Championship forum was fine until Covid and dave arrived.
Year ago next week since the last away game I went to which coincidentally, was Forest and a Lyle Taylor winner of all people. A whole ****ing year since an away game.
I know mate, it's bloody awful, can not wait to get on a train, have loads of ale, sing my heart out, and watch a game of footie again.
Did a couple of home games in December but not the same, was nice to be back though. Need an away day though like you say.
I have lost interest a bit (well a lot) in football tbh. Last week was the first time I watched a full game since we played Sheffield Wednesday at the end of November. Just feels lifeless and soulless watching games in empty stadia. Doesn’t help that we have turned a bit shit since Campbell got injured as well tbh.
They've opened a vaccination hub at The John Smith's Stadium, I might get to go down this season after all
Not being able to attend matches has been rubbish. I don't like football on the tele as it is. Being forced to watch streams is worse!
U would much prefer to meet covid than me my 5 fingered friend lol Forest like all dogs like to bark alot, and have always been great at running away lol
I’d go for pre mid-2012 before our rebrand but the 10 years or so prior were by far the best following Cardiff for me.
Because it's mainly old ****s like me on here and the youngsters don't use forums really (much like us calling someone on a land-line) it's unused, old and boring tech. They are all on various social media being ****s
Do you still follow Mike around the forum agreeing with every word jumping on bandwagons desperate for his approval?
