    That reads like a near "best possible" outcome if you focus on the future of the club rather than chasing success on the field with a chancer or a short term dreamer with more money than sense. Hope it comes off.

    Looking forward to my first visit to Spotland - one of the few EFL and National League grounds that I've missed out on over the years.

    WSH didnt look too bad an option. A track record with other football clubs. And fans of Maastricht sounds fairly positive about them.
    However I agree that this looks better. The Ogden Family have ties to the town which goes a long way in calming any scepticism. I'm not asking for or expecting us to throw money at climbing the leagues. Just some stability and a realistic shot at returning to the league would satisfy most Dale fans*. We've not been a million miles off the play off hunt this year so I'm optimistic for a decent 24/25 if this all goes through.

    *I would also absolutely fookin love it if we bought the title for the next few seasons and swap trips to Eastleigh for Southampton.
