It's not fixed, just how it goes. Very annoying though.

Yeah it is a shitter from the point of view that sides like Coventry City, Middlesbrough, Fulham, Sheffield United, from recent memory, are denied the best shot at reaching a cup final.

And we end up with a rehash of City v United or Liverpool v Chelsea.

Most annoying thing is we'd have took it on pens if we hadn't committed so many forward for that last corner. Horrible decision to commit nearly everyone for it.

Overall United deserved it. We played well for about 30 minutes in the second half but were pretty dire either side of that imo.

Even though it's been a long time since I stopped expecting particular games to be the catalysts for better times ahead, this one felt special. Not so much because it was finally a proper quality hardworking resilient performance against the biggest rival as well, but for the personal hell the person who got me into following this club is going through.

Despite battling cancer for three years now and having suffered a stroke a month ago as well, unable to speak or move properly, today she still sometimes muttered come ons or damn its, depending on what was happening on the pitch during those 120+ minutes. And the smile at the final whistle... Too much man.

TL; DR, Love you Mama. We'll never die we'll never die...

GG Liverpool. Here is to more of these classics in the future where we both leave everything out there.

Reading that brings whole new meaning to the game and makes me feel less pissed off we lost, there are more important things than a game of football. Good luck to your mum in her battle.

The FA needs to start punishing clubs. It was so widespread and audible from United fans today, I'd just hope nothing came from the Liverpool end of similar nature happened.

Klopp as petulant as ever in his post match interview. What a child he is.

How beautiful would it be if the man who saved Fergie’s job puts the final nail in Ten Hag’s coffin ?

Great weekend of action and a brilliant example of how great the FA cup still is
