I think this is closer than this poll will show. Clearly the job of an attacker is to score, and that gives Ronaldo the edge to me. However, if I was actually the manager of the team? I'd want Nedved, because he'll do more for me in one game than Ronaldo ever will.
Ronaldo is brilliant and one of the best goalscorers ever but Nedved is possibly my favourite player ever, so he gets my vote.
This is blatantly untrue. Ronaldos stats make this point baseless. Ferguson said he'll create you 2 or 3 chances every single game and that's fairly accurate.
It's not untrue. Nedved could defend. Sometimes you need that from a winger more than just scoring. Plus I've never liked Ronaldo's attitude compared to just about every other player. So, like I said, if I was a real manager needing to choose I could easily see myself preferring Nedved to Cristiano.
