Genuine answer. I have a full time job, a fiancée, an 18 year old stepdaughter, a loving family and friends. You sir have the wrong guy. But no it doesn't bore me
I thought I posted about this in January but Sverre Nypan is a highly highly rated 18 year old from Norway. Was heavily linked to a lot of clubs in January, supposedly even a guest of Man City's at one of thier matches. Decided to not make a move and stay with Rosenborg until the summer. It's emerging today that Villa may be his likeliest destination now.
Ornstein on it now too. Could end up being a bit of a coup for them given the interest from City and Arsenal.
Forget this Salah and VVD nonsense, the Premier League's best midfielder has just signed on for another two years! Will Hughes signs new Crystal Palace contract - News - Crystal Palace F.C. Crystal Palace are pleased to announce that Will Hughes has signed a new contract, committing his future to the club until the summer of 2027. Hughes has been in outstanding form for the Eagles in central midfield this season, making 32 appearances – and assisting five goals – in all competitions. A true fan favourite, the 29-year-old made his 100th appearance for Palace in our win at Brighton & Hove Albion in December. Two weeks later, he wore the captain’s armband for the first time in our victory against Southampton at Selhurst Park. Chairman Steve Parish said: “In addition to being an important player in our squad, Will exemplifies the hard work, humility – and humour – of our football club. “He is a leader both on and off the pitch – a characteristic appreciated by both his teammates and supporters alike – and I am delighted to see him extend his time in red and blue.” After signing the new deal, Hughes said: “I’m extremely happy to sign a new contract. "I’ve really enjoyed my time here, so I’m delighted to extend it by a couple of years in what's a really good moment as an individual and as a team collectively.”
Kerkez seems to have his heart set on LFC. Everytime I see his name on Twitter, it's him liking some or the other LFC related post.
Queued up to join city then. How many players have we seen linked to lfc like for example gvardiol who end up getting their "dream moves"
With the Richard Hughes connection it seems very plausible. It's been clear since he joined 2 years ago, that that's the sort of level he sees himself at. Was sceptical he was ready or suitable for that 6-12 months ago, but I have to credit him for gaining more of the consistency near the top of his game, that means he's about ready now. If the price is right everyone can be happy.
I think Ramsdale will be fine for a United or Chelsea. Fine, nothing more. I know he's got those relegations on his record but teams don't get relegated because on one player. I know he's been a bit on the poorer side this season but I think confidence is playing a big part of that. We destroyed him when he was with us. He went from signing a new deal and almost winning the league to being on the bench within 3 months. And then 9 months after that, he's shipped out to a newly promoted team. It's a really sharp sudden fall from grace. But he was the goalkeeper that was between the sticks as Arsenal became a Champions League team. And I think getting that big move again will do wonders for his confidence and in turn, see him return to a level close to what he was at at Arsenal.
A lot of similar type of keepers in the prem. Ones who just palm the ball into the middle and are actually dodgy but act the big man after exaggerating a save or two. I never rated ramsdale much
