Just an enormous game for us. We really need to win, but our away form is dreadful and the performances there in have been relegation standard.

Hoping Blades give up the ghost after relegation confirmed - sadly half the squad are ex-reds of have a grudge from the playoff semis so I doubt they’ll roll over.

Could be anything, a high score draw wouldn’t surprise me!

Been saying for a while I don't fancy Forest to win this 'banker'. All the pressure's on them and none on Sheff Utd now they're officially down.

    2-1 Blades.

    :shrug

We'll be a threat going forward, miss chances and then Forest's attacking players will walk through our pathetic defence and beat us as we tire and collapse in the second half.

The good news for you is we don’t really score in the second half. We DEFINITELY don’t score in the final 30 minutes. 0-0 then?

Sheffield United should be 4-1 up, they can do everything but finish.

First half absolutely atrocious. Second half better, and Sheff Utd just gave up.

Thank god for Hudson-Odoi. What a signing.

    Thanks mate
In some ways now, it would be quite nice to annoy the establishment even more by surviving. On that note, I suspect we now know the answer to our points deduction appeal after today - almost like the PL had an inkling this might be a match we could win and is why they delayed announcing the result of the appeal

Far from over yet though. It doesn't sound like we are playing scintillating stuff and have 2 matches that on paper most would expect us to lose. Still going to be relying on Luton being worse than us

We were genuinely atrocious in the first half - really should have been 3,4,5-1 to United who missed a string of 1 on 1s in a variety of ways. One of the more stupid penalty concessions you’ll ever see - surreally bad from Montiel. Blades were just able to play a simple straight ball through the middle time after time, which got Brereton & Archer 1 on 1 with our back 2 - abysmal from us and only divine luck saved us.

So relieved we came back, although it was largely due to United just collapsing. Ahmedhodzic had an absolute mare honestly - maybe the only defender in the league to just allow CHO to cut in side with no resistance.

So close to safety now - praying for a WHU win next week.
