On Friday I travelled down with a big Bangor contingent to Bala for the first game on their 3g and it turned out to be a good game and at least it's no longer cae tatws. Bangor were well on top for most of the game and ought to have been 2 or 3 up at half time, second half Bala got a bit more into it especially at the end after the equaliser when they could have won it so a fair result on the night. Along trip back though at that time of night.
I stayed local on Saturday well Caernarfon anyway, a bit of a damp squib with not much football in either of them, a bit of a scrambled goal for Caersws but they nearly hung on to it and then like the other game after the equaliser Caernarfon could have took all 3 points, not a game to remember and they will be disappointed as Prestatyn also dropped points against Porthmadog. I forgot to record the Sgorio game but sounds like the students have found their feet at this level.

I still like a good grass surface, but (rubber) chips are preferable to cae tatws.

Sorry if i cause offence, but apart from community use and that should come from our rates. Football is grass and grass only. It,s the ultimate leveller good players can handle and control a ball in any condition or surface. 3g IS A LEVELER FOR THE RACE THE BOTTOM.
