You've just signed another ex Posh player in Dwight Gayle on a free , he could be your David McGoldrick until the end of the season if he's fit , a good & clever signing & i imagine only Derby in this division could afford his wages & may well help bag you that top 2 position .

Not sure about that. He was about to sign for port vale a few days ago until Collins got ruled out for the rest of the season.

also he’s a free agent. Not as if he had clubs lined up higher up

JCH has signed for Rotherham .

Good signing & a Steve Evans signing , what with Hugill & Eaves a good front 3 there .

Has he left on a free or will you get money for him?

On a Free , he's out of contract but was our highest wage earner .

I've just backed Rotherham for promotion either automatic or via play offs at 4-1 double with Carlisle top 7 div 2 at 10/11 , Rotherham are the archetypal yo yo club & already have decent squad .

I'm not sure about the rules but will you get a decent sell on clause?

    No , nothing .

He's signed a 2 year deal & most probably a handsome signing on fee , he'll be 31 when that is over & then I'd imagine he'll go back & play for The Gas .

Fair play to them & Bolton as it looks like there could be around 65.000 at Wembley on Saturday , if it was Posh v Barnsley we'd probably struggle to get 50.000 between us .

Plus we've got Nombe, who did well in this league for Exeter.

Rumour has it that Hugill was on around 15k a week in the Championship, no idea if it drops with relegation but I bloody well hope so. If not we have to hope he gets an offer from a Championship club.

Ouch , £15k is serious cash in this league & I can't see many takers for him back in the Championship .

You'll have a busy window with Evans in charge , at Posh I think he released 16 & signed 18 & sent MacAnthony mental ,though as a fan it was quite amusing , until one of his signings Jason Naismith alledgedly chinned him , albeit i think Evans has mellowed , slightly .

There are rumours now circulating that his pay is halved because of a relegation clause, if so it will make him more of a target and TBF at that level of pay, he might be worth hanging on to.
He probably won't look at it that way though.

SE will be busy and I'll no doubt be wasting many hours trawling rumours sites but at least there is some semblance of life in the club now he's back.

Shaun McWilliams signed in from Northampton and Joe Rafferty from Portsmouth both signed today.

The Rafferty signing might be good news for Peterborough fans who still fancy Peter Kioso?

We're skint mate & what player sales go through will most probably go to paying off debts for buying ground etc... + we've promoted an academy lad James Donnelly a right wing back to the 1st team but never say never , if Toney & Szmodics get sold we could do .

How much do you reckon he'd cost us ?

He was a better captain & team player than defender but him & Poku teamed up well personally , I'm not that fussed about him coming back .

I've no idea what sort of fee we would be looking for but it seems that he was happy at Peterborough and can't seem to settle here.
Maybe he thinks that Warne and Taylor didn't treat him right, maybe he doesn't fancy living up here?
What ever, if he can't or doesn't want to give his all, he might as well go.

In truth on reflection, we didn't get too much out of him after we brought him back in January, he does seem to get his fair share of injuries.
If he is willing to get stuck in and earn his place, that's great but if his heart isn't in it, he may as well go.

    I reckon he'd cost us £500k .

I don't do twitter but remember seeing him in front of around 1,900 Posh fans after winning away at Derby in his last match for Posh & all his team mates behind him all giving him a hero's send off & any player would want some more of that .

There's a good chance that Harrison Burrows & Ronnie Edwards are the 2 who'll be sold this post season so it wouldn't surprise me if PK did come back & reclaim his Captain's armband , the fans would be chuffed but me , not too fussed , I'd rather give our young academy player a chance .
