crazy to think 3 years ago SNP were polling over 50% and Labour at around 22% now its neck and neck. I think a new leader will bost the SNP back into the lead though.

What has electing snp in West minister got Scotland?

The chances that electing a few Labour and having a majority might just get some goodies to lock in that vote.

Maybe less hope.and more cynical voting for gain this time round then?

Give the fat cats in the snp a massive shock to change their ways while getting labour to invest in buying those votes.

You misunderstand. The SNP having seats in Westminster has given Scotland hope

I understand that but there's still no harm in giving them a good kicking for 5 years to cull the corruption and give labour the chance to put government money in to bribe you to stay.

Too long in power positions means too much corruption as the tories amply prove time and again

I disagree. Labour won't seek an independence referendum. It's hope that we could finally get out of the union

    Have some respect.

Jimmy Krankie is her real name. Have you ever seen them two together.

You.can do that later. You only need one shot at it.

    Clean up the snp

Take all gimmie bribes from labour in the meantime.

Do you think starmer will grant a referendum?

I'm surprised Angus Robertson hasn't been mentioned as a potential candidate yet, at least from what I've seen. He certainly seemed an effective leader in his time at Westminster.

Surely, assuming the SNP don't mount some remarkable electoral comeback under a new leader, the cause of Scottish independence is pretty much finished for at least the next decade or two.
