    Why "instead"

Anyway. OK ...................................... if we can run a "Top 100 Songs from Billboard" instead of, say, "Mindscrew Mafia"

    99. Abracadabra

    Artist: The Steve Miller Band
    Album: Abracadabra
    Released: 5/1982
    US chart peak: 1
    UK chart peak: 2
    FF ranking: N/A

"Abracadabra" is a song by American rock group Steve Miller Band, written by Steve Miller. The song was released as the first single from the 1982 album of the same name the same year.

The song is said to have been inspired by the American singer Diana Ross, whom Miller had met when they each performed on the same episode of the pop music television show Hullabaloo in the 1960s.

The song became a worldwide hit, charting in ten countries and topping the charts in six. In the U.S., the song was No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for two non-consecutive weeks, becoming the band's third number one hit in the U.S. along with "The Joker" and "Rock'n Me". It was knocked off the top only to return to No. 1 two weeks later. The song also showed substantial longevity, spending fourteen weeks in the top ten of the Hot 100 chart.

    My personal thoughts:
Oldish, weird (the vocals dont sound natural), but catchy and the instrumental bit is really good. Would occasionally listen

Unrelated but the MV editing is horrible

    98. Gangsta's Paradise
    Artist:
    Coolio (feat L.V.)
    Album: Gangsta's Paradise, I Am L.V.
    Released: 1/8/1995
    US chart peak: 1
    UK chart peak: 1
    FF ranking: N/A

The first UK no 1 song here

"Gangsta's Paradise" is a single by American rapper Coolio. Interpolating Stevie Wonder's 1976 song "Pastime Paradise", and featuring American singer L.V., the single was released on August 1, 1995. Certified Platinum in October, the song was included on Coolio's second album Gangsta's Paradise in November 1995. The song was the number one biggest-selling single of 1995 on U.S. Billboard. The song has sold over five million copies in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany

The single reached number one in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand, making it Coolio's most successful single. In Australia, the song stayed at No. 1 for 14 weeks, a record that would only be broken 22 years later. Following Coolio's appearance on Celebrity Big Brother 6, it re-entered the UK singles chart peaking at No. 31. In the United Kingdom, "Gangsta's Paradise" is the first rap single to sell over a million copies.

In the United States, the single spent twelve weeks in the top two of the Billboard Hot 100, of which three were spent at No. 1 and nine at No. 2. The song was certified triple platinum by the RIAA on February 23, 1996, indicating 3 million copies sold. As of September 2022, the songs has sold 1.9 million downloads in US and has accumulated 763.1 million streams.

    My personal thoughts:
The 1st song that I have heard part of
Maybe I don’t get the context, but I don’t like it

    97. Rockstar
    Artist:
    Post Malone (feat 21 Savage)
    Album: Beerbongs & Bentleys
    Released: 15/9/2017
    US chart peak: 1
    UK chart peak: 1
    FF ranking: N/A

The 1st of 3 Post Malone songs here, "Rockstar" is a song by American rapper and singer Post Malone featuring Atlanta-based rapper 21 Savage. It was released on September 15, 2017, as the lead single from Malone's second studio album Beerbongs & Bentleys.
Despite receiving mixed reviews by music critics, the track became Malone's most successful hit single to date, reaching number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, and reached the top spot in several other countries, including Australia, Canada, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Ireland, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and the United Kingdom. It became both Post Malone and 21 Savage's first number-one single in all the countries mentioned. The song was nominated for Record of the Year and Best Rap/Sung Performance at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards.

The song reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, becoming Post Malone and 21 Savage's first number-one song. It debuted at number two, breaking the single week streaming record on Apple Music with over 25 million streams becoming Post Malone's third top 20 hit. It stayed 2nd for three consecutive weeks before reaching the top spot in its fourth week. "Rockstar" topped the Hot 100 for eight weeks, the longest run at number one for a hip hop song in 2017. After its eighth week at number one, it was knocked off the top. The single has sold over 10,000,000 copies, being certified Diamond in the US.
In the United Kingdom, the song debuted at number five on September 22, 2017. The following week, it rose three places to number two before reaching the top on October 6.

In September 2020, "Rockstar" became the second song ever to surpass 2 billion streams on the audio platform Spotify.
On June 23, 2022 after nearly 5 years on YouTube, the video hit 1 billion views.

    My personal thoughts:
I thought the last song was inunderstandable. This is worse. The MV made me feel sick. At least it’s catchy though
Also really vulgar and graphic violence

Edit: Go search it yourself. You have been warned though
Edit edit: Just picked audio without a bad video

I respect you trying @Garrincha, but if you are not a fan of Western music why do you care? And seriously Coolio, the Steve miller band and Carly Simon in the top 100? :ban

Although Klaus voorman is the man, played bass on the plastic Ono band LP. A definite top 100 album.

    There's at least two.

Three if you include Le Freak.
