The Wall by Pink Floyd, in full. One of the finest, if not the finest, concept albums which involves a wall..

 

The finest imo. Dark as all hell but such is life.

Bob Marley never made a bad record and this sits atop the pile imo. Listened to it about 50 times at this point!

decided to give James Blunts Back to Bedlam album a listen, after its 20 year re-release has been plugged a lot recently

Apart from the crappy 'You're Beautiful'.... its actually not bad.

 

Selling England By The Pound Genesis when Phil was just an amazing drummer and Gabriel was the consummate Showman up front. Epic stuff

I don’t usually like English music/songs from popular artistes that much but this song just hits different

 

Haven't listened to this belter in an age, Weller was in the form of his early life from 77 to 80. I'm a bit put out that In The City didn't make the cut, that song nay on defined my youth..

 

Yeah, but that was the third compilation album that got released, they’d seen the errors of their ways by then..

 

Better first 3 albums than The Beatles

 

You’re not wrong. He wrote In The City when he was 16 years old and that guitar riff was plagiarised by what is widely accepted as the greatest punk band when they released Holidays In The Sun.
