yes - i use eBaY but i havent sold anything on it yet.

Bought an Ibanez lead guitar, £700 retail price second hand from a guy who was leaving the country and had2sell it for wait, wait, £150 inc. P&P! and its in perfect condition.

My mate buys alot of CD's from it, most the peeps on there have bought the cd, copied it 1000 times and sold it on@a profit and now want2sell the master copy for a £5 or whatever....

try it, whats the worst that could happen? ;)

I use ebay occassionally. I've never had any problems with it but I haven't used my debit card to pay for anything - I always send a cheque instead. Too be honest I prefer the format of www.uk.auctions.yahoo.com/uk/ I've picked up quite a few things for very reasonable prices. The only problem is it can become a bit addictive and you might find yourself bidding for stuff you don't need. Other than the auction sites I use cdwow and streetsonline who do some good sale offers. For rarities and imports you could try www.101cd.com/ I've never ordered from them but they do have a great selection and they have got a decent sale on at the moment. Amazon are ok but the price of postage adds a lot to the cost.

So thers a FOPP in Plymouth then, interesting. FOPP started in Glasgow with a independent shop on Byres Road, now theres 2 in Glasgow and obviously a chain across Britain. I got Jeff Buckley's Grace in there too a few months ago for a Fiver. And aye, a good selection of books too. :D

And why do you hate Transformer Infidel? Im a bit disappointed by it myself but i dont HATE it - Perfect Day and Walk on the Wild Side are classics in ANYONES book, Vicious is good and Goodnight Ladies is hilarious i think!

Aye, 'Walk on The Wild Side' is good but the rest of it is about as enjoyable as having my hand fed into a lawnmower... :bounce:

Most of the time cause they are the only stores in town, i either go to Sanity or K-Mart, they are the two best stores in town to get CD's from.

When in sydney i always go to a store called Red-Eye Music, they have tons of rare stuff, it rocks.
