Those interested will watch and those who aren’t will find something else to do for 15 minutes .

Presumably this won’t be on the pitch affecting it mid match ?

Will it be 15 minutes though? Sounds like although the Superb Owl half time performance itself is usually less than 15minutes, once the setting up and taking down of the stage is factored in, half time itself is almost half an hour. I can see the same happening here.

Yaaay am looking forward to Solomon Islands v St. Lucia already. Booked the entire 12 weeks off needed to complete the tournament.

In 2458 we welcome the planets Zorg, Vulcan, Mazdag and Deezog into the FIFA family.

Nightmare of a journey for them as will take at least 433 light years to get here so they will be leaving sometime in the next few months.

The Zorgies look a completely different side compared to the one that boarded their club saucer to make this trip.

There are no easy games at galactic level anymore.

Even the Glugons ranked 104,947,904,095,044,930th beat a team ranked inside the top 500 million.

Don’t know enough about both but Cameroon being held by Eswatini doesn’t look like a good result for the former !

tbh when I read "Eswatini" I first thought: What? Is this another one of the former mentioned "galacticos" like Zorg, Vulcan, Mazdag and Deezog:laugh:

Then I googled it and it is really an African state. Never heard of it before tbh and I was always good in Geography. Wiki lists the country with 1.2 million citizen. 2/3 of Hamburg

OK, I learned something new and that's a good end of the day for me. Gute Nacht/Good Night all :zzz

Japan become the first non host nation to qualify.

Very fitting in a way - getting there early !

It's just Swaziland, it was renamed a few years back to Eswatini.

Brazil on track to qualify after a stuttering campaign. Big win against Colombia last night.

A stuttering campaign yes, but let's be realistic, with the expansion of the World Cup Brazil or Argentina will always qualify for the finals as CONMEBOL has six automatic qualification slots as well as one entry for the inter continental playoffs, out of a total of 10 teams.

Need to avoid slip-ups against lower-ranked teams and a slow start to the group and hope we can rattle Belgium.

Although, if I understand qualification correctly though we have a decent chance of a play-off place even if we finish 3rd in qualifying, due to winning Nations League Group.
